Biography
Marina Puche is an illustrator and multidisciplinary artist from València. She holds a fine arts degree and a master's in artistic production from the Universitat Politècnica de València, followed by postgraduate study at Burg Giebichenstein in Halle, Germany. The daughter and granddaughter of falla artists, she splits her practice between illustration, fallas, parade floats and walls. In 2023 the sketch she signed with Manolo García Lleonart, "Cardioversió Valenciana", was chosen as València's municipal falla, making her the first woman to design one. That same year the Centre del Carme devoted the show "Amor a primera tinta" to her, pairing ink drawings with murals and paper cutouts drawn from the falla world. Her street pieces are monochrome ink work, figures and flowers, signed with her marinapucheart handle.
