Amione

Amione, whose real name is Damian Bautsch, has been painting graffiti in Düsseldorf since 1991 and specialises in professional graffiti and facade painting. A freelance artist, he also works as a graphic and web designer, having studied graphic design at HTK Hamburg in 2009, and takes commissions across Germany. On the Kiefernstraße he painted "Save the Oceans" at number 20 (2012), an underwater scene climbing the full height of the gable, and "World in Peace" at number 33 (2014), a facade splashed with colour around a white dove. He has also painted the columns of the former Allwetterbad in Flingern.
