Zet Graff

Zet Graff is a Madrid graffiti writer known for his work on shopfronts across the city centre. For years he canvassed hundreds of central Madrid businesses to paint their metal shutters and doors, in an almost painterly style built from spray-can shading and soft gradients. Among his best-known pieces are an oversized mouth on a carved wooden door on Calle de los Abades and a hannya mask on the shutters of Calle de Juanelo. Like many professional Madrid writers he carried that practice over into tattooing, and runs his own studio in the Lavapiés neighbourhood. He posts his work on Instagram as @zetgraff.
