Biography
Kitsa is a regular presence in Marseille's Panier district, where the pieces turn up along the quarter's alleys, notably on rue des Repenties and traverse Baussenque. The vocabulary is that of the character: figures with thick black outlines, bold flat colour and highly expressive faces, often paired with bubble lettering. The signature, a cursive "kitsa" topped by a small crown, is usually dated. This work sits alongside that of the district's other regulars, such as RoneOne, Gamo and Difuz.
