Mikołaj Rejs

Mikołaj Rejs is a Polish artist born in 1984, active in street art since the late 1990s. He designs and paints murals, canvases and illustrations, often in vast post-industrial wastelands. His imagery draws on Slavic legends and Polish folk ornamentation, with masked figures and finely drawn patterns. Alongside this he works in art education and curating; his works are held in the collection of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Krakow, and he received a City of Krakow scholarship in 2020.
