Biography
LaetiCNN199 is a Belgian artist, a member of the Brussels collective CNN199, a pioneer of Belgian graffiti active for more than thirty years, and of the all-female crew La Belle Hip Hop. She spray-paints portraits, often in black and white, worked in tight gradients that render the grain of the skin and the movement of hair. Her participation in many international street art festivals feeds her exchanges with other artists. With Chelove, Michelle Shiyu Chen and Nadia she co-signed a collective feminist mural on rue de l'Éclipse in Brussels.
