Mr Doodle

Mr Doodle, real name Sam Cox (Kent, 1994), is an English artist who turned doodling into a language of its own. A graduate of Falmouth University, he covers walls, furniture, clothing and even his own house with a continuous tangle of small black-line motifs, never leaving a patch of ground free, a practice he calls graffiti spaghetti. Discovered through social media in the mid-2010s, he went on to show in galleries and at international auctions. In June 2017 he painted 40 m² on the wall of the Institut Anneessens-Funck on rue de la Grande-Île in Brussels.
