Greg

Greg, real name Michel Régnier (Ixelles, 1931 - Neuilly-sur-Seine, 1999), was a Belgian comics author and one of the most prolific writers of his generation. Creator of Achille Talon, he also wrote Bernard Prince and Comanche for Hermann, Bruno Brazil for William Vance and Olivier Rameau for Dany, and edited Tintin magazine from 1965 to 1974. His writing combined a sense of pace, a love of language and solid serial construction. The Olivier Rameau mural on rue du Chêne in Brussels carries his signature alongside the artist's.
