Biography
Stephen Desberg (Brussels, 1954) is a Belgian comics writer, son of an American film producer who settled in Belgium. A prolific author, he wrote Billy the Cat with Stéphane Colman, as well as The Scorpion, IR$, 421 and La Vache. His range runs from children's humour to political thriller, with a taste for layered plots. The Billy the Cat mural on rue d'Ophem has been part of the Brussels Comic Book Route since 2000.
