Biography
Dany, real name Daniel Henrotin (Marche-en-Famenne, Belgium, 1943), is a Belgian cartoonist who trained in Mittéï's studio and then with Peyo. In 1968, with writer Greg, he created Olivier Rameau, a poetic and colourful series that carries a young notary into the imaginary land of Rêverose. He also drew Arlequin and the humorous series Ça vous intéresse ? His mural on rue du Chêne, painted in 1997, sets fireworks above a flowering garden where the series' characters dance.
