Biography
Fabien Vehlmann (Mont-de-Marsan, France, 1972) is a French comics writer often described as one of the heirs to the Spirou school. He wrote Green Manor, Seuls, Beautiful Darkness and, from 2010, the Spirou et Fantasio series with artist Yoann. His writing blends classic humour with unexpected darkness. The duo's Brussels mural, produced with Urbana Project, spreads a crowd scene across an entire gable where the series' characters cross paths.
