Fredy Klit

Fredy Klit is a Portuguese graffiti artist from the Lisbon area and a member of the Thunders Crew, painting mostly between Almada and the capital. His work sits between wildstyle lettering and organic figures: insects, birds and creatures whose wings break into blades of colour, outlined with an illustrator's fine line. He piles on detail and mixes techniques, from spray can to watercolour, giving his walls a kaleidoscopic feel. Among his stand-out pieces are a thirty-metre-high Quetzal Dragon and a giant bee with iridescent wings. He often paints alongside other artists from the south bank of the Tagus.
