CPWon

CPWon (Claudio Picasso, also known as CP1) is a street artist born in Chile and raised in Miami, where he began painting walls at fifteen. Based between Miami and New York, he sits between graffiti and fine art: his spray-paint works, often monochromatic or with a reduced palette, rely on smooth gradients, modelling and the interplay of figure and ground. A fan of hyperrealism and classical sculpture, he paints around the world, including several walls in Shoreditch, around Brick Lane and Hanbury Street.
