Hunto

Hunto is an Italian artist based in London since 2009, originally from Brindisi in southern Italy. Shaped early on by a single book devoted to Picasso, he developed an instantly recognisable cubist style: figures with fragmented forms and vivid colours, most often women, exploring themes of eroticism and human relationships. His characters enliven walls, shutters and hoardings across East London. On the Connectivity Matters mural in Shoreditch, he painted an embracing cubist couple together with Mr Thoms.
