Nomad Clan

Nomad Clan is a British muralist duo made up of Cbloxx (Joy Gilleard) and AYLO (Hayley Garner), based between Manchester and Los Angeles. Their style fuses richly detailed portraits with playful imagery drawn from local history and folklore, while addressing social and environmental issues. They have painted some of the largest murals in Europe, including the tallest in the United Kingdom in Leeds (46 metres). On the Connectivity Matters mural in Shoreditch, they pay tribute to old modes of communication, with a homing pigeon carrying a letter.
