Biography
Votour is a French artist based in Grenoble who has been active since the 2000s. A muralist, he creates exuberant works blending forms, colours and textures, populated by characters with speckled, multicoloured plumage - birds and imaginary creatures above all. A member of the CONTRATAK and RUCHE collectives, he has painted many murals around the Grenoble area, including "Le Paon" (2017) and "L'arbre des connaissances" (2025). His colourful, playfully naive world lends itself especially well to school and community murals.
